We are looking for dynamic, skilled administrators who will take the initiative with a range of administrative tasks, to assist in the smooth running of their department and of our busy Head Office based in Angel, London (EC1).
With previous experience in administrative roles, you will be flexible, proactive and a real team player. We are currently looking to fill the following vacancies:
Salary: £24,474 - £27,546
35 hours per week (Ref: GFS802)
Providing high quality administrative support to the Director and the Chair of the Board of Trustees, you will respond flexibly to a variety of enquiries whilst managing time and resources efficiently. Excellent administrative skills and confidence with Microsoft (particularly Word and Outlook) are essential, as well as some familiarity with other software packages and database systems.
The successful candidate must hold an NVQ level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent and will oversee all the administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of Head Office at all times. You will also line manage the Facilities Administrator.
35 hours per week (Ref: GFS829)
£21,112 - £25,210 per annum
Providing high quality administrative support to the Youth Work Manager and the Youth Work Team, you will respond flexibly to a variety of enquiries whilst managing time and resources efficiently. Excellent administrative skills and confidence with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Outlook) are essential, as well as familiarity with other software packages and database systems.
The successful candidate must have a good standard of education and ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Working alongside the Youth Work Administrator (Full Time) you will assist in the provision of a high quality administrative support to the Youth Work Manager and the Youth Work Team, and respond flexibly to a variety of enquiries whilst managing time and resources efficiently. Excellent administrative skills and confidence with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Outlook) are essential, as well as familiarity with other software packages and database systems.
The successful candidate must have a good standard of education and ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Working closely with the Fundraising & PR Manager you will set up, develop and maintain a membership database; assist in the co-ordination of all PR materials including our annual report, newsletters and internal circulars; and develop a corporate standard for all correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of setting up a membership database, good Microsoft Access skills and a keen eye for detail.
Under the line management of the PA to the Director, you will provide effective administrative and IT support to all departments at Head Office and co-ordinate facilities of the building. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, strong IT skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.
All salaries are dependent on qualifications & experience.
